How can I pay the security deposit?
You can pay your deposit in cash, by bank transfer, debit or credit card, or PayPal.
And the rental payment?
Through the same payment methods as the security deposit.
What if I need to rent the car for longer?
No problem, subject to availability. You can extend your rental by visiting a BAC San José ATM to make a cash deposit, or via bank transfer for the additional days.
What’s included in the price?
Our rates include mandatory vehicle insurance and applicable taxes. If you need an electronic invoice, please provide your tax ID number and email.
What should I do in case of a traffic accident?
Notify us immediately, call a traffic inspector, and notify the insurance company. If the insurer isn’t notified, they may not cover the damages, making you responsible.
